1. Scripts need to deal with "black" and "night" in some form or other to satisfy the umbrella title. Apart from that you have carte blanche with the material, format and style of your piece. You should call your script something other than Black Night. Black Night is the project title.
2. Work should be in the form of duologues ie pieces for two actors: 1M, 1F. (Doubling is acceptable but needs to be indicated and shown to be workable by the writer.) Pieces should be about 20 minutes in length.
